Refund Policy

Our refund policy is designed to be as flexible as possible while still ensuring that we can successfully run programs for everyone to enjoy.

Everyday Policy

6 Week Programs:

 

We will provide a full refund (minus a small service fee) for programs that are cancelled more than 5 days before the program start date.  If you cancel less than 5 days before the start of the program we will provide you with a credit that can be used towards a future program.

 

If a class (or classes) is missed during a 6 week program we will allow you to make up ONE of the missed class during the next session of that same program.  No refunds will be provided for missed classes during a 6 week program unless the class is missed or cancelled because of a Common Moms issue.

 

If we have to cancel a program for any reason we will provide you with the option of having a credit towards a future program or getting a full refund.

 

Single Events:

 

Cancellation of single events needs to be made at least 5 days before the start of the program to be eligible for a full refund (minus a small service fee).  If the cancellation is made less than 5 days before the start of the program we will provide a credit towards a future single event.

If the cancellation is made less than 48 hours before the start of the program, no refund or credit will be given.

 

If we have to cancel a single event for any reason we will provide you with the option of having a credit towards a future program or getting a full refund.
